Re: May 2009 Visa Applicants
For all pakistani applicants who are facing sluggish processing due to secuirty checks ; read this urdu column
<Admin edit - snip>
this was published in renowned pakistani newspaper and it shows the level of competence of people working in secuirty and intelligence organizations in Pakistan...
It is plausible to see such slothful response from agencies internal to Pakistan!!!

Re: May 2009 Visa Applicants
This processing time is for the people whom did not allocated yet a case officer & they are in SOL–schedule 3 like us but,we have already completed this stage "initial assessment" last year,we got our case officers and after they completed their initial assessment they have asked us to submit their requested information .Now we are almost in final stage waiting for our "security clearance" once it is clear our cases will moved to the final stage "decision maker" then visa "very sample"

Re: May 2009 Visa Applicants
You r absolutely right dear. The above assumptions are wrong that they r considering the august 2008 applications only. I have seen people who got visas and they are 2009 applicants. The people who have not assigned COs yet have been assigned COs now. It's a matter of just security checks nothing else for the applicants who have been already assigned COs.

Re: May 2009 Visa Applicants

May Allah Almighty help us getting through this process successfully.
