Why to concern if HR has left the company, if you have been working for the company then anyone from company who replaces that HR will be able to answer any query from DIAC, so chill up , nothing to worry mate..
Its better to inform your new HR person about your Australian immigration and that he may receive a call from the AHC and the possible questions he may ask about you.

I got this reply from my CO today. My timeline is given in my signature.

This visa application is currently subject to certain internal checking
processes that could possibly take many, many more months to complete.
Accordingly, there is no news to give you now or for the foreseeable
future. You will be further advised in due course. In the meantime, thank
you for your patience.

Dear ,

I got this reply from MY CO .

The internal checking process is still being completed on your application.
As the timing for the completion of these checks varies from one case to
another depending on individual circumstances, I am unable to provide you
with a definitive timeframe. I can advise, however, that some cases may
take many months to finalise.

Please do not initiate health and character checks at this time - a letter
will be sent to you when these are required.
