Accountant submitted in Feb 2008 - Australia
Hi
I have submitted for 175 in 3rd week of Feb 2008, with IELTS 6 in each(Accountant). In 3rd week of Dec 2009, I submitted my latest IELTS with 7 in each module in order to be eligible under critical list. What date would DIAC consider as my lodgment date? December 2009 or Feb 2008? If it is Feb 2008, can I expect my application be allocated to CO immediately? Pl response.

They will consider you as a Feb 2008 applicant and so yes you should be allocated a CO soon. "Immediately" might be pushing it. I added my IELTS 5 months after lodging the 175 application and heard from CO the next day!
Yep. I heard 5 working days later. So send a PLE and bring the matter to attention.
