Has this happened to anyone else??
I sent my police checks and original skills assessment by courier. I
have confirmation from the company that it was signed for, but my case
officer says he hasn't received them![Sad](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif)

Hi David,
It can take some time for documents to reach the file, but it's also
possible that documents can be misfiled or lost. What's the gap between
delivery date and your last contact with the case officer.
Obviously the documents in question can be replaced, and you may want to
initiate this.
Cheers

three weeks since they were signed for... I really don't think it can
take three weeks to get from the reception to a file on someone's desk....
but yes, they can be replaced, it's just more time and money and
couriering etc....

We had similar problem with Berlin embassy, who lost Chris's Blood results. Lots of screaming by me and they contacted the doctor and got them faxed through. Dont Know if that would work for PCC and skills assessments though.
Good luck
