Default Looking to move to Sydney

Hi there, I am looking to move with my wife and three children to Sydney. I have a sister in law living there and so Sydney seems the obvious place. I do not have enough points on the Skills list as Telecoms is not listed. I work in Change Management which is used widely in the corporate world. My question is this. Does anyone have any ideas on how we move to Australia without a skilled qualification? Are there other avenues apart from being sponsored by a company?

"Telecoms" is a very broad area. You would be best advised to get your work experience and other circumstances looked at by an experienced professional, eg George Lombard or Alan Collett.
