Sounds like she is making him jump through hoops. Partner visas are cheaper and quicker unless she is high maintenance.

Hi,

I think that's already quite good and you're on the right track. The RPL
instructions state that the emphasis is on your learning and not just
rattling off knowledge and you've captured that quite well.

BP,

Onshore partner visas aren't any cheaper than skilled visas actually.
