At long last
Hi all thought we would share our good news that we received our letter of visa grant today. We are on a 176, our time line is as follows
applied online 15/11/2007
case officer 28/04/2008
case officer requsting medicals 29/07/2008
had our medicals 13/08/2008
medicals finalised 08/09/2008
visa granted 24/09/2008
Me and my10 year old daughter have type 1 diabetes and we had no problems at all , all medicals were finalised at the same time, although we do only have 6 months to validate from our medical date.
We (6 of us) are heding for vic point near brisbane where i hope to startwork as a carpenter.
Good luck to all of you still waiting and those who are thinking of applying

You cant go wrong Victoria point is lovely ....... not far from us.
