Lodging visa application??
 
Can anyone help please??
When DIMIA receive your visa application is it lodged straight away, or is there any waiting time?
Anxious to know because I will be 45 very soon.
Just waiting on skills assessment coming back and then I will send everything off.
Should arrive about 8-10 days before my birthday!!
Not alot of time to spare I know!!!

Age at time of application matters. It does not matter if you turn 45 after applying.

Make sure you use a *reliable* courier to send the document to DIMIA. Also make sure you meet the requirements (points test etc) as you have only one chance to get it right)

Even with a courier, it will still take a few days.
