Lodging my 457 application tomorrow

Trying to sort out health insurance for myself and my partner as its part of the requirement. Has anyone any recommendations?

Also, not quite sure of the cost to us of applying for this visa?? I have tried the immigration website.

It's there, under Employer sponsored - temp: http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/990i...-temporary.htm

Are you Sponsoring, Nominating or Applying?

Health insurance, have a look at http://www.austhealth.com/ but you may need a few days to get confirmation through, lodging tomorrow may be a little optimistic, think it took 3 days when we used them.
