lodging 176 forms

Are applicants for 176 sponsored general skilled allowed to lodge their forms in the country whist holidaying in Oz? i will be in oz for at least another 2 months. will i need to return to UK soon? will being in oz for a few months delay/affect my application process?

please help

You can lodge from anywhere, you just have to be outside for the grant itself. And you have to notify DIAC of your whereabouts if your address changes for two weeks or more. So you can apply with your Ozzie address for now and change it when you move out.
