Lodged application - Evidence, qualifications etc

Lodged application - Evidence, qualifications etc
Hi, hoping you can help. When I look at DIAC website and put in my TRN number etc, under the document checklist there is
Date and a list of docs : i.e. IELTS test, evidence of overseas qualifications, evidence of skills assessment, evidence of work experience -
does this confirm that those items have been sent to DIAC already?
Not sure if it means they need to be sent or if they have already gone!
No Case Officer has been appointed yet. Thanks.

We were with Visa connection but they have gone bust. Have submitted 956 but other than that we are stuck. Dont know much. That is what shows up on screen when I log into diac with trn number.
