less 5 band ( need urgent help)

less 5 band ( need urgent help)
Dear All
I applied for 136 Ind visa as software Engineer non-modl category (old rule)
Currently my co was assigned on July 2007 I already send the medical ,PCC and date of ILETS exam I have to required 6 band for claiming 20 point but unfortunately my ILETS result is 6 but not in all for section ( R=6,L=5.5,S=5.5,W=6)
If I submit this result to dimma what happened? What can I do? Can I retake ITLS and update the Co? I am very much confused plz help me
Also tell me in case of sending this result my case going to in pool?
What happened at pool I am single in future if I will marry or wanted to claim 5 point from my spouse is this possible or not or if I wise to claim bonus point please advised my

You can re-sit for IELTS now as many times as you need. There is no rule anymore to wait 3 months to re-apply for IELTS test.
Without 6 in all skills you can't claim 20 points of language. With average 5.5 you are entitled to 15 points only.
Certainly you have time provided by your CO to show all documents. Perhaps you should consider re-sit for the test as soon as possible.

thanks for your reply can I ask how can take extra time from co?how long co is waiting for my IELTS result? Can I also tell my co about previous test result?

where r u from?what is ur medium of language instruction in graduate & post graduate education?if it is australian community langyage then u can claim 5 bonus point.
