What if one is planning to frontload medicals then how will HSA send the reports electronically to CO, when there is no CO assigned to our case at all. So is it in this case we need to manually send by ourself.

I guess the results are electronically entered and attached to your TRN (which is printed on your medical forms anyways). CO just refers to it. So this process is not dependent on whether or not you have a CO at the moment.Coz in this case if you send it by post, who will recieve it and keep it safe anyways?
