Most of my day is spent in attending phone calls and replying mails today. That was fun. And thank you everyone who phoned me or wished me by email or here at forum.

Hi all,
my visa is 176 Computing prof(nec)
i lodged my application in october 2009
i got a CO in november 2009
and i have been asked for medical examination and to attached the required documents online
my status changed to 'Application being processed further' on first of dec 2009
Health requirements finalised in december 2009
on march 2010 i've been contacted by CO to fill some missing data in form 80
since that time nothing changed in the process of my application...
what will be the next thing to do after the medical examination?
what is PCC?
i noticed that some people said they got MET for the required documents they sent to DIAC. in my case i haven't got any word
is there anything wrong with the process of my application?

I didn't apply online and couldn't check my status online. I think you might get visa in maximum 2-3 months insha Allah.

isn't her reply weird ???especially that i fount out that most people here on forum contacted their COs directly...

i have an agent i asked her to contact the CO to ask him about the new changes but she told me that "immigration rules don't allow agent to contact the CO directly. and i have to wait till the CO contacts her"
isn't her reply weird ???especially that i fount out that most people here on forum contacted their COs directly...

there is no such thing that agent can't contact the CO, they are just trying to put you off
Ask them to raise a PLE (PLE will be also routed to CO) and see what is their reply

If you have your CO's email address then there is nothing much better than that .. believe me, just send an eamil to that address with your TRN in subject and place an inquiry, simple!
OR
Here is PLE form, "General Skilled Migration Post-Lodgement Enquiry Form"

you can just fill that and send it and you will get a response in a timly fashion.
I hope this should lessen some of your worries if not totally wipe them off
