Unhappy 176 Submitted beginning of June still no CO.
Hi,

My 176 SS non-CSL visa application was submitted at the beginning of June. All documents were frontloaded and medicals and police checks sent / uploaded in mid July. As I'm from the UK I'm classing it as a 'low risk country' application.

Medicals showing as finalised but all other documents still showing as 'Required'. As far as I can tell I have not been allocated a CO and have had no direct contact from DIAC regaring my application.

Are there any other people here who lodged a SS 176 (non-CSL) in early June that still do not have a CO or at least have documents showing as 'Met'?


And yes I have seen the announcement re processing priority changes so know that it's not likely to change in the coming months.

I understand that that can be the case yes. I notice from your timelines that you did at least know that you had a CO... my concern here is that having lodged at the beginning of June I've not seen anything from DIAC. Whereas others have not only had their CO contact them but had a visa grant in late August early Sep.

I would have thought that I should at least have had a CO contact me or some indication that it had been picked up?

My Diac application was on 23 June 09 and still no news, no medicals request, no co, no nothing...
Others applicants here already gotten their visas...
Whats happening out there mate?
I will wait till wednesday before i sent out PLE.

Hi All,

Congrats to those who now have their visa.

Sorry I'm late to the party, been reading for ages but this is my first post. Submitted for 175 (computer prof - c# specialist) on CSL list on 26-June-09.

Details so far:-

26/06/2009 Application received - processing commenced Message
26/06/2009 Application fee received Message
02/07/2009 Application being processed further Message

nothing front loaded I've used an agency and submitted online. The wait continues!!!!!

Good luck to all that haven't yet received their visa yet.

Oh cool.... i guess you are right... after all tht waiting another 30 days of wait wont harm.. ... if you are following May 09 thread, pls keep us posted on further May /09 updates...
