Thinking about GSM-475 now. It’s the only fastest way I can acquire 5 additional marks.

He is NOT a pre-July applicant. His application was received at Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre on 4 July. Just because the package arrived in Adelaide on 1 July does not mean it arrived at DIAC on that date. And even if it did, it is still post-30 June. The new rules came into effect on 1 July.

i think u shud reppear for IELTS. prepare this time and try to score better marks. and appear for the general scheme this time if u appeared for academic last time. and try to score better. get some IELTS specific classes if you like.
tell this whole situation to DIAC that u assumed to be assessed under old scheme now that you don't have required IELTS to meet the pass mark. will they allow u a chance to submit a fresh IELTS.
or otherwise ask them if they could refund money.
and if they do then re apply after getting better marks in IELTS.
