Cool Re: July 2009 Visa Applicant

hello mate, I personally dont think so, you just have to upload the documents stated in the "document check list" when you see your aplication status.

Cheers

Hi Komail,

Which forms are you talking about ? Is that the one which are mentioned in in the "document check list' or FORMS 1276, 1221, 1022.

Anywayz, Form 1276 is required only for the applicants who have opeted for the paper based filing right?

Please correct me If I'm wrong!

Thanks,
Karthik

No one knows, I think the Feb applicants are currently getting processed so on that basis you're probably about right.

But we don't know how many applicants are ahead of us, or what may change in the intervening time.

Hi Mayur..I don't think in ENS you have any legal obligation posed by DIAC to stay with ur sponsoring employer...if the employer makes you get into a bond of some sort, then that's a different question. In fact the employer is rather legally bound to ensure 3 (or 4?) yrs of employment for you, and tht's one of the reasons why many employers are backing out from ENS these days.

I am working in Perth over an year now as senior sap consultant, and my company gave me this answer, as mentioned above, when I requested for ENS.

Completely agree with Mayur. I was kinda trying my luck with few opportunities lately, and everywhere the answer is same- 'PR/citizen only'.:

So I have decided to stick to my current employer and proceed with my PR application process at a lightening speed (from my end, that is)

There are electronic version of every form. When you start the online process, it will ask you the information about visa type and based on your selection it will open the respective form for you where you fill the information step by step.
