Hi,

Ours is a Skilled Independent application (July 2002) with my husband
as the main applicant and myself as a dependent (no kids). Husband was
38 years old at the time of application. Did not front load with
police and medicals and still no response other than acknowledgement.

I would also like to establish whether there is a processing system
used by DIMIA... Perhaps by nationality, age and then skill? South
African applications appear to take a while...

Dear all
I have applied in mid july 2002. I have sent degree certs through uni and informed about change in job & place. Still haven't got any info about the status. Thought about calling them, but keeping my fingers crossed.
Wish you all the best and hoping that we all be flooded with responses sooner.
