Why not see if your employer can sponsor you for permanent residence? Download migration booklet 5 from the DIMIA site. This should be quicker.

Unfortunately I already applied as Skilled Independent.
There is an employer in Au that could offer me a job and event could keep the job open for me till I get in Au. But not for a long time.
I don't know how much time should I say to the employer to wait for me. Cause I don't know when the visa is given to me.

I just wondered if DIMIA is able to do something in this case, namely is sensible to this job offer and hurry up things a little.

There is nothing stopping you applying for employer nomination migration as well, if you qualify. Where in Australia is the employer based?

Or a 457 visa but you need to have a clear view of the issues and risks.

Get some good professional advice as these options are complex.
