As you are onshore, and already inside AUS, you have got it easily.

I think we are talking about GSM 175/176 offshore.

Yes, that is correct. GSM 175/176 offshore applicants seem waiting after medicals have been submitted.

No, double00 is GSM 175 applicant , if one has applied for onshore permanent visa one is not given pre grant and there is no condition to be outside australia for final grant, in this case double00 was offshore 175 applicant and thats why he got pre grant with the condition to move out of australia before a final grant.

Hope this clarifies

What I meant is that all these are making everyone nervous as it is. even it was true I really wouldn't wanted to know. It's good to have hope rather then being worried about after reading these articles. Even I could see someone getting grant today.

thanks ciocan76

My only concern is that resource reallocation does not create case status confusion and rework with request for further documents

It wont. Is an internal reorganization that is happening in the end/start of every migration year, and in 2010 is happening sooner than in the past. Will have only few CSL visas in the immediate future - processing of categ. 5 is in stand by since 1-st of April.

As far as i know, in April no CAT5 visa was granted (the last one is on 30 of march). Right now DIAC is processing only the critical cases (family visa when children is involved, etc...) and a very few (to none) CSL.

I hope my info is accurate and I'm not making a mistake by sharing that.

I'm sorry but I don't have access to that information now. A lot of our uncertainty will be gone next week.

i hope by next week the new SOL list will be out(30th april) with no impact on applicants tht are past medicals and police clearance.
Is tht a fair understanding?
