Interested in moving to Australia
 

My wife and I are interested in moving to Australia to live and work We have lived outside the UK before but not in Australia and we are looking for some general information on the process of moving.
Are there any websites that provide information such as visa types, jobs, cost of living etc.
I am in full-time employment in the UK within the Manufacturing / Engineering industry. Both wife and I are British.

Visa types can be found here: http://www.immi.gov.au

Jobs and cost of living etc... can be searched on Google with variable results.

There is also the main Oz forum http://britishexpats.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=54 which provides experiences and opinions from people actually living here.

Thanks for the help. We are looking through the info and trying to work out cost of living etc. It would just be me working so trying to gauge if its worth it financially.
