immunisation records
hi we have just booked medicals for 25 Nov, we received confirmation of the appointment today, and have been asked for immunisation records. My GP said this is not normal practice, and said if they need them they are to request them themselves. Has anyone else had any experience with this
Thanks

We also had to take our son's red baby book which they didn't look at. It is normal practice for a lot of the docors on the panel. They put the printouts in with the medical questionnaire. Your doctor will be able to printout your immunisation records free of charge.
