Immigration agency/laywers
Was wondering whether anyone has sucessfully applied for migration visa through an agency in Sydney. Can anyone recommend a few?
I'm not sure where to start because my working holiday visa expires mid november 2007 and would need to go back to the UK.
My details are as follows: any info would be very much appreciated!
Current situation:
looking into ways to extend my stay to complete a work project
Visa expires mid November 2007
long term plans: apply for a PR
Visa condition:
Working holiday
12 months stay
6 months work
Visa's I've looked into:
Employer sponsoring visa: contract worker for a large mining company, employed through an agency.
Skilled visa/independant: never worked long enough to apply as skilled worker but have the relevant qualifcations (degree level).
De facto/partner: living with my partner for nearly a year.
Personal info:
British citizen & passport
no dependant children
