Default IMMI website & info

Just to let people know about the IMMI website and the contents it has. Those of you who are agents -please take heed and if you have the power to change , please do so. I believe it is unjust and unfair to be informing people of incorrect information.
The 'trade recognition' situation as per what you read below is reality ..

Attached is a copy of a formal complaint made to DIAC about the information it is giving out. Eamon.

(My recent reply)
Dear ------, I would like to respond and say that I am completely dis-
satisfied with your response. I was assured and informed by your co-worker
(Anne) that the relevent people and policy makers would be informed of the
noted problems.
Your reply seems not to have addressed any of these issue's.
I was also informed that if the information you provide was incorrect then
it should not be on your website.
The information I have provided (below) from the www.immi.gov.au website
which is incorrect has also not been addressed by you.

I feel you have not kept to your Clients Charter of service standard. "We
will provide you with a quality service where we -give you clear, accurate,
timely and relevant information or help you find it"

The information you are providing to thousands of people everyday through
your website is mis-leading and incorrect. It is giving people misguided
hopes and promises. "

'This information should be removed and stated that until correct procedural
information is available, IMMI cannot inform migrants of a pathway."

If you feel that you still cannot address these errors and issue's, you
leave me no alternative but to contact my local member of Parliament, taking
this to another level.

Yours Eamon

On contact with the TRA onshore they will not undertake any trade other than "electrical or metal trades"
