Default IELTS score for Spouse: little confusing, Please guide.

Dear All,

For Secondary Applicant i.e. My Spouse, she needs an IELTS score of 4.5.

I want to ask 4.5 band should be overall or individually from each 4 modules.

As according to 966i form:

"An IELTS average band score of at least 4.5 on
the 4 test components of the test — speaking,
reading, writing and listening."

Am I right??? Please guide me in this matter.

Regards,

For Depedent applicant you should prove that they have functional English: It can be submitted after the lodgment also otherwise u need to pay second installment.

For functional English

IELTS Score overall (4.5)

Two year study (Any degree/Trade) medium as English (Need a certificate from that college/university/institution)

Hope it helps

Is she done any degree/trade/dip (Medium of Instruction as English)? Then she dont even need to do IELTS .
