Default ICT Security Specialist

I have 60 points. What is a possibility for state nomination & 189 subclasses? What will be the duration for an invite and then grant?

I have 1.9 yr of exp as system network engineer and 3yr as Security Specialist?

In ACS assessment which occupation should i get assesed and in visa do i need to submit all employer reference letter or only assesed skilled letter?

I don't think you would currently stand much chance of an invite for a 189 visa. You'll have to have a look around the state lists to see if any of them are sponsoring your occupation, and what additional criteria they might have.

ACS has plenty of information on their website covering roles and responsibilities for the different occupation codes, as well as what you need to provide. Bear in mind that an ACS assessment requires a mix of qualification and experience - and that experience used to show skilled cannot be used for points so if you have a degree that is highly relevant to your occupation, you still need 2 years of experience to show skilled. Deducting this from your overall experience means that you cannot claim points for experience.

Which state has a demand for ICT Security Specialist?
Can we apply for both 189 and 190?
Can we skip experience of one of the company which is not of the nominated anzco code?

People are encouraged to ask questions but don't forget to say 'thank you' now and then when someone's helping you - no one is getting paid for this

You'll need to do a search and check of each of the states - Google can help with this. The states are VIC, NSW, QLD, NT, WA, SA. ACT, and TAS. Obviously employment opportunities are better in some states than others for your occupation. If no states are sponsoring you cannot apply for a 190. If any states are sponsoring then check how they select applicants - some select through the EOI pool whilst others want you to apply to them.

Yes you can lodge an EOI for both types if you meet the criteria - lodging an EOI is not a guarantee of receiving an invite.

You can skip whatever experience you like provided you still meet ACS requirements for the skills assessment. The amount of years of experience needed to be deemed skilled depends on your qualification level, the ICT components (whether major or minor) and the relevance to your occupation. The summary was posted earlier.
