can you help please.
I am just about to sort OH's stat dec for one of his employers....can anyone give me an idea what I need to put in it please......just so I get the wording correct. This is for the TRA.

I'm assuming that we can't witness Stat Dec's ourselves - even if we fall under the category of qualified people to witness them?
