Yes, I emailed to my CO just before 4 working days of my grant. It was a very polite request about my application status.

Congrats ! nice to see March applicants getting grants so quickly.

Is that your first PLE /email to CO about the status or you have had multiple quearies, please PM your email template if possible.

I did send an PLE on my application and got reply saying "your application is under routine checking, and will be finalized in 2-3 months.
