My MARA agent lodge my PR application Yesterday. He asked me to send him scan documents so that he can lodge online application. As my application is lodged now. I have notice one thing today. My most of the documents specially my appointment and confirmation letter is not properly scanned and was little bit cut from below where my company address and phone number was mentioned. I am really worried now what should I do? .. My experience letter is properly scan though but few docs are not properly scanned

Check with you agent if he has uploaded them already? if not, re-scan them and upload them.
Otherwise, you can always resort to e-mail and explain that you are re-sending the documents because of poor scanning the first time.

you can do like what rodger said or if the DIAC is not satisfied with the scanned docs. they will messg you to reload them again.dont worry.
