How to reply/contact CO?

Hi
I have received request for further information from my CO. How does one contact/reply to CO?
Can one use personal email of CO, such as [email protected], or do we reply to general Adelaide GSM team email, quoting our TRN number, or our ICSE Request ID number, or file reference number :confused::confused: or all of them.
Document says “Please include reference details as a part of subject line”?? All of the numbers above, or just some?? 'Cause if it is all of them, than it is going to be one seriously long subject line!:ohmy:

Just press "reply" to the email that they sent you. Worked for me. Reference numbers already in the title line.

when my CO requested something, the request contained very detailed instructions as to the email address, contents of the subject line, etc. Read the email carefully, it's there.
