How many months bank statements to take
Can anyone tell me how many months bank statements I should take to
Australia for proff of finances etc. Also, any tips for other documents to take? Thanks |

Months or years?...I've heard 3 years, others 5 or 7. Depends what you want to prove with them...

Hi
We did bring a few years worth of bank statements with us but have never even needed them. The only thing we have been asked for was 3 years worth of P60's when applying for a mortgage. Not quite sure what this proved though. Just because my hubby had a job in UK didn't mean he would get one in Oz! I'd still bring everything just to be on the safe side. Claire xx |
