Default Reforms to modernise Australia's visa system

Just announced on Department of Immigration & Border Protection website.

https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/visa-reform

It talks about increased use of provisional visas in the pathway to permanent residency and the potential reduction of visa types from 99 to 'around 10'

Key point is that this will be the subject of consultations and for now, existing visa settings remain in place
