Hello ! Does anyone know where in Australia it's best to keep horses? In which part of
Australia are the most horses kept? Where the climate and pastures are most suitable for
horsebreeding?

Thanks , Anne from Belgium

THey are everywhere!

Depends a lot on what you want to breed. There's good country for horses everywhere but
the Northern TErritory - lots of horses there but mostly stock horses, smallish and tough.

Note - you won't make money on horses :) (BUt I guess you knew that)

Which means that you should be looking at where you can make money to support them.

If you are thinking of horses for the show circuit, then you'll need to be on the Eastern
seaboard cos that's where most people are so most shows that are easier to get to. IF you
just want to have horses, then anywhere will do.
