Anyone who applied from Saudi Arabia? any idea that visa prcessing based on country from where u r applying or it based on nationality? I applied from Saudi Arabia.

if you lived in HR country for 1yr+, you can be considered a HR applicant regardless of your nationality. however if you lived in an LR country for 1yr+ you won't necessarily be considered LR applicant if your nationality is HR.
