Don't worry. There are a lot of us who are from High Risk countries. As the phrase High risk it not only is a concern of the DIAC, but some from these countries fear that by mentioning their information on a public forum will make their processing much harder.

Well I applied for VISA in August 2007. Yes im also paper based.

So be coool and be patient.

I'm a 28 August applicant from High risk country too. I'm from Brazil and my application is for 138 sponsored visa.

Actually I started this thread so we can all have an idea about the time table for high risk countries and also we can lear from each others mistakes if any.

Im from India and I application date states as 30th of August and im 136 visa.

This is a good idea, as processing times are likely to different for HR applications. Do we know what was is the current timeframe for HR apps? I saw someone claiming that their Nov07 paper app was granted a visa.

I too have a Nov07 175 paper app.

U can check BEupdate.co.uk for time table, might find a HR in 2007 who had same ack date
