IS DIFICIL INSTALL A SMALL BUSINESS, AS PROVINCE IS BETTER, WHERE THERE ARE BUT POSSIBILITIES??

State sponsorehip will help you, as the English level required is lower and in some cases not required.
In this way South Australia is more likely to sponsor you, depending on the business you want to do and if you meet the other rules.
Otherwise the provincial areas of all states are OK, and in some capital cities there is expectation you will create new employment.
