Help : Procesing time - MODL
Hi all
So wish you Mery Xmas for all. So any updates about the visa procesing timelines for Skill Ind (MODL) ? Saw most of May 2005 Skill Ind people are geting the visa but nothing with mine. My time lines are blow Lodged - 6-May-2005 Meds / PCC called - 6-Aug-2005 Sent Meds - 23-Aug-2005 Asked to redo the x-ray - 10-Sep-2005 Sent Seconed x-ray - 20-Sep-2005 PCC sent 23-Nov-2005 Againe they have asked to sign helth undertaking bc seconed xray too not clear..... What to you think .... are they going to reject based on that ???????? Its 8 months now how long they will take to grant the visa ... please share your ideas.... Lasanthi |

The good thing is that they are processing and you have a CO. There are lots of non MODL still waiting 7 months for a CO (me included). As yours is more of a specific medical question you are best of speaking to your CO.
