Help with Phone,Internet and Satellite TV pacakages please
Hello people,
I will be recently moving to OZ from NZ. :)
I will be moving to Central West NSW, Orange to be exact. Could anyone
please suggest packages for Phone, Internet and Satellite TV. In NZ it is a
lot simplier choosing deals as there really isnt that much to choose from in
terms of package deals.
I will be making tolls calls back to NZ, so would like to know if the
package includes discount calls and call duration savings.
Also Internet will be using ADSL speed of at least 256K. I am a heavey user
i.e 10 Gig.
Satellite TV I like to watch the Super12 and rugby.
Hopefully some kind Ozzies out there can help this kiwi. :)
Thank you very much for any replies recevied.

Pay TV - it's either Foxtel or Austar, depending on who supplies Orange; I
suspect it'll be Austar. Both offer similar packages, cost of which depends
on how many and which channels you want.
Phone, broadband packages are many. If you're a heavy computer user then
Optus may suit. If you take their fixed line, broadband and mobile services
you get the broadband free for every 3rd month (and that's worth $69.95 per
month for the 'unlimited' plan) - a discount of about $280 per year. Their
international rates are low too.
