ONLINE APPLICATION HELP needed PLEASE
Hi
we are doing the online visa application and are stuck on the visa question. we have been to australia on a tourist visa but it is asking were we got the visa ? the travel agent did it online but that is not an option

We went on a ETA too which is not a VISA strictly speaking as it's not a sticker in your book... We didn't put it on the form!
Just make sure that you mention it on form 80 when you fill that in!

the thing with that is the question asks "have you ever been to Australia, then goes onto mention any visas. in the answers there is a tourist visa and it mentions about leaving the visa number blank if it was an ETA

ETA is a visa, and should be entered in the form. If you're not sure where it was issued, leave that question blank.
