Hi mickbro,

How big is the size of the documents that you are trying to upload? According to http://www.immi.gov.au/e_visa/457-ap...ttachments.htm each file that you upload can only have a maximum of 1MB and 500KB for photos.

If your documents exceed the allowed size, you should readjust the settings on your scanner and scan the documents again.

To do this, change the resolution to 96dpi (my scanner doesn't have 96dpi so I selected the nearest, which is 100dpi) and try changing the pixels/dimensions to about 827 x 1169.

Hope this helps!

Hi Russ Sarah,

Can I ask if you used an agent or did you D.I.Y?
I ask simply because I am on the verge of taking these initial steps.

Thanks.
