Health Undertaking
Dear All,
I have just been granted a OZ PR visa together with my spouse.
However, my spouse need to have a health undertaking and was advised
to report to the health authority upon our first initial entry to OZ.
For us, we will be visiting Perth(WA)for only a week to make our first
initial entry in end Jan 2004. We will be settling in OZ only in year
2005. May I know anyone got the details on the Perth health
authority(website,contact,address,etc).
Hope someone can also share their experience if you have done health
undertaking in OZ. Thanks!!!

Does your letter from DIMIA not give you contact details of the relevant
health authorities in Australia?
