health undertaking

I have received my visa grant letter which I given me less than five months to validate my visa. Is this because I had to sign the a health undertaking?

When I go to validate my visa, do i have to contact the health authority or only when i settle permantly?

Mash,

If you are only going over to validate for a few weeks I wouldn't bother. Do everything when you are there for good.
