Looks like Stu has come to the rescue.

Maybe it is no longer needed, I knew nothing of it when I applied and saw something about it on this forum so searched Dimia and couldn't find it, So it was PM'd to me.

Even if it is not required anymore It's still worth popping it in the envelope, cant do any harm.

JAJ do you know if it is no longer a requirement? and If so do you know where future applicants can get it from.

The knowledge of understanding form comes with the notes attached to Migration Booklet 1, if you obtain Booklet 1 from AHC in London. I doubt whether you need it, as it just verifies that you have read and understood the notes, if that makes sense?
However, the notes are useful if you are compiling your own application etc without the use of an agent.
