Got our visa!!!!!
Wow, I am so happy: I have just been granted a postgrad student visa with my partner on it as my de factp spouse. It only took a week to process and we are absolutely delighted! It is such a relief: had to post a message as very few people understand the joy!

I will apply for a student visa with my defacto spouse in january,
what kind of documents did you present to DIMIA?
I'm a little worried abou this, cause the fee for the visa is expensive
and I don't want to apply if i'm not sure that i Will get it.
