George Lombard Help request - Medicals referred SLA
Dear George Lombard,
Couple of months back it generally used to take less than a week to get medicals finalized, in case if it is referred. Sometime around mid of July this trend has changed and those who got their medicals referred ended up waiting for couple of weeks. Right now, the situation has gotten worst that the delay is couple of months!!
I looked around the immigration and eHealth website for any service level agreement(SLA) around what is the expected timeline within which referred medicals should get cleared, but no such data exists(or I am not able to trace it)
Is there an official statement for this extraordinary delay from eHealth? Any updates on new SLA? I see this trend for all visa times, so assuming that this has got to do something with the health system and not from the immigration dept.
Can you through some light on this issue?
Does anyone in this forum know the real issue? I do hear from individuals based on their phone conversation from CO on current processing timelines, but that doesn't give us the complete picture.

We had ours in may and hubbies took WEEKS to come back. I can't remember off hand, but it was over a month longer than mine.
Just wait.
