What's the whole purpose of this expat forum then if one can just Google and look up the information themselves, or contact the immigration departments direct to receive the answers from an officially qualified and authoritatively experienced source, as opposed to asking questions here etc?

Because people on here do not know your exact circumstances, so directing you to the OFFICIAL pages where you can see just where YOU fit in, with all respect, while people on here are very happy to help with queries about specific parts of the process they are NOT going to do it all for you.

The point is that you read the official website to establish if you are eligible for a visa.
Then once you have more of an idea than just 'my specialist field is human resources' we can help you work through how to obtain that visa.
Australia has a myriad of visa options and there is no way on earth that we can even begin to point you in the right direction based on your post here!
We are all here to assist you but we aren't puppy walkers and you need to do some of the leg-work yourself.

Contacting DIBP will get you nowhere, contact a registered agent if you wish, that would be more productive, or just give us more detailed information (without including the idea of being entitled to a visa cos you're British, that won't endear you to anyone)

When you have an idea of where you are heading, post about it -189? 186? 190? 457? 461? Spouse? WHV? ETA? CPV? Thats just for starters....

You would need to provide more info for any of us to be able to help. As a minimum:
Actual job / occupation. HR field is too broad
Age
Experience in job
Qualifications
Any medical / health issues
Any character issues such as criminal record.
