Can I complain about inefficiency if it takes 3 days instead of 2?

i applied EOI on 23th July and state sponsorship in SA on 25th July. I am a Telecommunication Network Engineer . According to the occupation list there are 480 places in telecommunication . Will it be divided between sa and wa? will it be higher chance to be selected in SA (individual 6.5 in ielts)? i have 60points for my EOI.

Mayne I'm confused (which is possible!) but I thought you were supposed to get the State Sponsorship agreed before submitting the EOI? What if you get invited to apply before your State Sponsorship is confirmed?

From 1 July 2012 the state nomination process is as follows:

Lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect; select “South Australia” only and the relevant visa subclass (190 or 489).
Immediately after lodging your EOI, you should submit an online application for state nomination through the Immigration SA website. You must enter your EOI reference number into the state nomination application form.
Your state nomination application is then processed by Immigration SA.
If your application is approved you will be nominated by Immigration SA through the SkillSelect system.
Approved applicants nominated by Immigration SA in SkillSelect are invited by DIAC to lodge a General Skilled Migration (GSM) visa application.

Anyway, my question.. anyone knows what is the criteria to divide the 480 numbers of telecommunication engineers in sa and wa? will it be easier to get in sa because of higher ielts score requirement?

While apply for state sponsorship you need to provide ur EOI number.

No, I doubt if there's any way of knowing how many each state are going to have. If you're intending to go for SS, maybe you should be considering where you actually want to live & work, not which one is easiest to convince to sponsor you.

one of my friends got some queries from WA. They are asking him about the proof of 20k fund. He needs to upload the document by 20 days . It is getting tougher I guess. I applied for SS on 25th July for SA. I have only 60points on EOI. I am a telecommunications network engineer. Do I have even a chance to get SS??

Nope. There was no option to upload anything against your fund during application. I havent got any feedback from SA regarding my application.

Different States have different requirements.Just because one asks for proof does not mean the others will.

I was dreaming about victoria. . . But due to fund issue i stopped.Coz it is actually not possible to arrange that huge amount.

Appearently, SA does not ask for fund proof(Am not sure)

Now am looking for someone who already got approval in Victoria or SA.

Coz it will be bad to be rejected middle of application due to lack of fund.
