Hi,

There is IELTS 6.5 requirement for most of ICT professions earlier it was 6.

Approx. 8 weeks.
Send them photocopies only. But, I think in the new application you have to upload your documents.

What does it mean because on EOI form i have selected Multiple Visa Type can you tell me what should i select while seeking for SA SS approval.Do i need to select only Visa type 190 and 489 only like it is mentioned on SA website?
My understanding is that you have to select only 190 "or" 489 not both.

Please help me with the following query. I will be grateful to you.
Today my application status is changed to
"Application Decision : Immigration SA is unable to provide an indication of processing times. Keep monitoring this page and your e-mail for the decision on your application."
What this means? Are they not going to process my application?

You presumably passed IELTS in order to apply. How does 'unable to provide an indication of processing times' become 'not going to process my application'? It quite simply means no decision has yet been made and they can't tell you how long it will be but that you should keep checking the page and your emails for the decision.

What I meant is that "They may process my application later but not now. They may be going to delay my application process"

If they are saying that "Immigration SA is unable to provide an indication of processing times.". I have not asked them about the processing time.
From the above statement what i infer that the application will not be processed in the normal time frame.
