remove the changes that commenced on 8 May 2010 to allow applicants seeking to satisfy the primary criteria for a Subclass 175 (Skilled – Independent), Subclass 176 (Skilled – Sponsored) or Subclass 475 (Skilled – Regional Sponsored) visa, that allow for the grant of a visa outside of Australia, to be able to make a valid visa application on or after 1 July 2010.

NEW PRIORITY IN PROCESSING GSM APPLICATIONS
Hi all
Anyone have any idea or news regarding the new priorities in processing the GSM applications, please share in this thread.
As the CSL is revoked, Is SMP/ENS/Relative sponsor the only option for priority. I can't find any new info regarding the priority process in place.Any info appreciated.

Re: NEW PRIORITY IN PROCESSING GSM APPLICATIONS
I think there is no change in priority processing. DIAC seems to continue with the current priority system.

Re: NEW PRIORITY IN PROCESSING GSM APPLICATIONS
Hi,
I would also like to know this and what will happen to applications put on hold (Feb 09) that still have all of the right points and meet the current criteria? Will they now be prioritised over new applications or are we still bottom of the list?

Priority processing for General Skilled Migration
Whats with the "Priority processing arrangements for General Skilled Migration" after 1st July, 2010. I thought that the priority processing based on the Critical Skill List (CSL) was supposed to cease in mid 2010, as mentioned in the 8th February information released by the immigration department?
Does anyone knows what would happen to priority processing. Is CSL still active even after the new SOL list has come out and has been implemented?
This thread could be a repeat, but there is no direct thread on this issue.

Re: Priority processing for General Skilled Migration
I will take her words and assume that still old priority arrangements are in place before DIAC comes up with any new announcement .
If anyone is having doubt should call DIAC and confirm it .
