Default G LoMbard - Plumbers and Greenkeepers

George, many thanks for taking the time to reply to my post in respect of traing to become a plumber. It offers our family a potential lifeline to fulfill our dream.
Would you suggest my next step would be to contact the TRA to obtain the information and advice required to progress .
As i have a young family, i cannot afford to get this wrong.
By selling our house in UK it would give us A$400000 to buy a house with and fund the training.

Many thanks again.

Nick

Where are you going to re-train as a plumber?

Jez,

We hope to either reside in Adelaide or Melb if training for migration is an option

nICK333,

I'm interested in re-training as a plumber in Oz. were moving to either Melbourne or Cairns. Have you any details about where and how much training is. Would be very interested to see what youve found out!!!. Does it pay well like it does in the UK?.

Ive been offered a Job in Melbourne (I'm a designer) for AU $35-45K, poor salary I think. Would happily retain to earn more.

If you have any links or info please let me know,

Cheers,

65KK
